Full Saturday classes offered in today’s fastest growing business fields
Houston – American InterContinental University Houston (AIU) announces four new MBA program concentrations in today’s fastest-growing business fields: Healthcare Management, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, and Human Resource Management.
“These four career fields are in demand now and will be in even greater demand in the future,” said Dr. Kola Sonaike, Chair of the Business Department at AIU Houston. “Adding additional MBA concentrations expands educational opportunities for students to develop a competitive edge when entering the job market. With an advanced degree, those already maintaining professional careers can progress even further.”
The AIU Houston School of Business offers students a real-world approach to defining, pursuing and achieving desired professional goals. Students can earn an MBA in as little as 12 months with flexible class schedules including evenings and weekends.
The New MBA Concentration Areas Include:
- Human Resource Management: strategy and employment law
- Healthcare Management: systems in healthcare and health policy
- Accounting and Finance: accounting for managers, financial statement analysis
- Accounting: accounting for managers, financial accounting.
According to the U.S. Department of Labor, employment in the human resource field and of medical and health services managers is expected to grow faster than the average for all occupations through 2012.
AIU Houston offers a comprehensive MBA program, with the goal of preparing students to become qualified professionals. Students can complete an MBA in as little as one year.
Along with the four new concentrations, AIU Houston also offers an MBA concentration in Management.
Other course studies at AIU Houston include a BFA in Visual Communication with a concentration in Digital Design, a BIT with a concentration in Computer Systems and a BBA with a concentration in Management.
