‘My Dark Valentine’ provides a dramatic gothic noir take on romance, where the students will stage a live photographic fashion shoot in their “shop” window.

The event will take place on Valentine's Day (February 14) between 2-5pm at the university at 110 Marylebone High Street.

A cross between a fashion display and art installation, Marylebone businesses Electric Hairdressing London and The Session School have offered hair and makeup support to the university’s Fashion Event Management class.

The event also supports Cancer Research UK. Clothing used in the show was donated by the charity’s shop at 24 Marylebone High Street. Donations to the charity will be collected during the event and the costumes will be available to buy in the Cancer Research UK shop the following day.

Electric Hairdressing will also provide a Cut, Colour and Style makeover worth £250. For a chance to win donate £5 to enter the special fund-raising auction.
