AIU Atlanta – Student Housing
AIU Atlanta's Housing Office works with a real estate management company that specializes in student housing near our campus. Through this initiative, we are able to offer affordable, two and three-bedroom off-campus apartments. These same-sex apartments are conveniently located within student-friendly neighborhoods and just steps from MARTA, the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority. Neighborhood grocery stores, banks, malls, theaters and gyms are usually no more than a few miles away.
- Shared Housing Plans – Two students share a bedroom, combining the social benefits of dormitory-style living with the freedom and independence of apartment life. Shared housing plans for AIU Atlanta students are $1,875 per term.
Whichever option you choose, your apartment will be fully furnished, your lease will be customized to fit the AIU Atlanta school term, all utilities are paid and housing costs can be covered with financial aid (for students who qualify) and student loans.
