The goal of the BBA program with a specialization in Management is to help students acquire skills that could help them learn a solid foundation in business fundamentals while giving them an opportunity to learn about organizational change, the role of managers and cultural differences found in today's management environment.
In this curriculum, students can also have an opportunity to examine the many responsibilities of a manager or supervisor, which include leading their teams and providing the motivation and skills to achieve organizational goals.
The AIU BBA with a specialization in Management gives students an opportunity to examine the elements of management and leadership as they apply to modern organizations. In this industry-focused curriculum, students can learn how to:

- Apply mathematical, statistical, and research techniques to analyze contemporary business practices and functions.
- Apply the concepts and principles of finance and accounting to make effective decisions.

- Assess the various methods of performance evaluation.
