Degree Programmes
Specializing in Fashion for over 30 years, AIU London’s exciting degrees in Fashion Marketing and Design, Fashion Marketing and Fashion Retailing have helped students to develop as innovators. Experienced fashion lecturers, many of whom are also industry professionals, deliver academic programmes (including summer courses in Paris), combined with live projects, fashion shows and fashion shoots. Fashion industry internships and our links with industry help to ensure a stimulating industry-focused London fashion education.
A degree in Visual Communication can help students develop an awareness of the basic elements of visual language, aesthetics sensitivity, and the ability to think and act like a designer. AIU London’s design programme looks at areas such as branding, web design, motion graphics, information design and packaging. Students have the opportunity to specialise in Graphic Design, and Illustration for print and screen based applications. The degree culminates in a portfolio of work, finished to a high professional standard. Students can graduate with the ability to demonstrate their originality and creative excellence to the design industry.
Interior Design at AIU London provides an in-depth education that can develop creativity, knowledge and the skills necessary to become an interior designer across various sectors of the profession. The programme places a priority on holistic design strategies that address real design opportunities. Courses are taught by instructors, many of whom are active professionals bringing their experience into the studios to help students gain an exciting and professionally relevant education.
London is one of the world’s financial centres and it lends itself ideally to the study of International Business. Utilising a specialised curriculum, students can learn an in-depth view of international business, finance, management, leadership, and economics for a global community. Specialisation courses are structured to assist students in the development of their goals as they acquire knowledge and skills common to business professionals in an increasingly global marketplace.
AIU offers a professionally focused MBA program with a specialisation in International Business designed for students interested in learning how to develop strategic solutions to international business management problems.
In addition to a quality curriculum based on industry standards, International Business at AIU London is taught by instructors, many of whom are experienced in their professions and could provide range of knowledge and perspectives in their subject area. This gives students the opportunity to learn from professionals that can be willing to share their understanding of the qualities and skills sought in today’s competitive market for international business professionals.
