Military Financial Aid

American InterContinental University offers assistance to make Financial Aid a seamless process for our military students. We have a dedicated team of Financial Aid Advisors who specialize in assisting military students with their benefits.

The financial aid process is an important consideration for many college students. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is an online service that helps determine your eligibility for various forms of financial aid. All students considering attending college should complete a FAFSA as a first step in their process.

In order to complete the FAFSA, you must do the following:

  1. Log on to the FAFSA website, www.fafsa.ed.gov.
  2. Register for a PIN and Fill out the FAFSA. (You can do both on the same day.) If you are registering for the PIN for the first time, it will take a couple of days to receive electronically, but it does not hinder you from completing the FAFSA.
  3. When you receive the PIN, just log on and open your saved FAFSA and sign with your PIN.

The entire process takes about 30 minutes to complete and needs to be started as soon as possible. When filling out your FAFSA, you will need to input the AIU School Code: 014720.

This code will route the completed information to our Financial Aid department.
