AIU South Florida celebrated its students by throwing a Super Bowl themed cookout. In addition to tossing footballs around, cupcakes were decorated to represent each of the competing teams. The lights never went out, and there was no shortage of food!

Senior Student Services Advisor Pam Crews manned the grill and cooked up hot dogs, burgers and chicken. AIU South Florida President Dr. Hisham Shaban made homemade falafels, Criminal Justice Program Chair Vince Como made fried cheese filled dough and campus staff members served up food to students as they arrived on campus.
