AIU Fashion Design Graduate Rafael Cox on Project Runway

American InterContinental University graduate Rafael Cox, who received his BFA in Fashion Marketing and Design in 2006 in Atlanta, has been chosen as one of 20 up-and-coming designers to appear on season nine of Lifetime Network's Project Runway.

After graduating from AIU, Rafael opened his own design studio in Atlanta, Rafael Cox Designs. He has competed in fashion design competitions in the past, including Fashion Uncorked, a fashion design competition in Atlanta held to benefit the Easter Seals North Georgia, Inc.

AIU Atlanta president Peter C. Correa expressed his excitement to see an AIU graduate making his way in the world. "I know that [the AIU Atlanta community] shares my pride and excitement in seeing Rafael continue his quest for excellence on prime time television."

when he pulled out the jeans out fit i was like oh yhea hes goin all the way baby.the fact that hes bringin something back is a great comeover nobodys thinking about that.Eveybodys into what they can make that no one else has seen ,instead of what have we seen that no ones rocking anymore..yes
