AIU Distinguished Alumni Award Winner - Felipe AguiarAmerican InterContinental University is proud to announce the 2012 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient, Mr. Felipe Aguiar.

Mr. Aguiar maintains well over a decade’s worth of strategic planning experience in the areas of, marketing, brand development, business management, advertisement, public relations and communications; helping companies effectuate maximum profitability and brand equity.

An expert in ideating synergy monetization strategies, his skills also include; strong planning, strategic vision and market analysis; powerful knowledge of brand development, brand equity growth, and brand centered mergers and acquisitions for professional service firms; qualitative and quantitative analysis capabilities for maximization of efficiencies and productivity improvements; and the dynamic capacity to design and effectuate organizational change processes as they relate to marketing, business development, and communications.

He has been fortunate enough to have worked with both national and international organizations and government entities throughout his career – presenting to heads of state and local communities alike. Mr. Aguiar has been featured in multiple industry publications throughout his career, and has also served as a contributing writer to the ZweigWhite Marketing Letter, the nation’s leading marketing resource publication for the A/E/C industry.

Mr. Aguiar holds a Masters in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University, with concentrations in Organizational Psychology and Development, as well as Marketing. Born in Havana, Cuba in 1977 and immigrating to the U.S. in 1979, he currently resides in Key Biscayne, Florida with his wife and three children.
