Body Positioning
Whether you’re standing or sitting, your posture conveys messages to those around you. For example, sitting or standing up straight can show alertness, while slouching can mean disinterest or discomfort. Avoid the following bad postural habits when conducting business:

Eye Contact

Avoid wearing a frown unless you want to show that you’re concentrating intensely. Natural smiles indicate friendliness, so wear a smile to convey positivity when greeting someone and holding a conversation.
