Success at AIU Atlanta
Dedicated to the success of its students, AIU Atlanta is proud of the outcomes its students and graduates have achieved.
To get the most from their studies and activities at the campus, students at AIU Atlanta can attend classes in classrooms designed with students in mind. AIU Atlanta provides students with an industry-current forensics lab; a virtual firearms training simulator (FATS) lab; drawing studio, dedicated math, science and writing labs, as well as newly, redesigned studios for fashion design, media production, visual communication and interior design. The campus is vibrant and thriving as evidenced by the recently completed major construction project of the Student Success Center.
AIU students laud our faculty support, in-depth hands-on training, and the supportive campus environment. The campus has an excellent student/faculty ratio of 15:1. Students can be taught by experienced faculty members. AIU Atlanta has 8,500 graduates from all around the world, and the University is proud of the educational outcomes its graduates have achieved.
Student Satisfaction
In October 2010, AIU Atlanta participated in the nationally-recognized Noel-Levitz Survey. The survey evaluates students’ satisfaction with aspects of the University, as well as how important they believe those aspects are. Some of AIU Atlanta’s top strengths were: I feel that my education is helping to prepare me for my career; AIU’s faculty members are knowledgeable in their field; Students are made to feel welcome here. When asked how their college experience has met their expectations so far, 79% of student said that it was about what they expected or better.

2009 National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE)
Each year NSSE surveys students at hundreds of colleges and universities to reflect on the time students allot to various learning experiences and activities. Questions are related to previous research studies on student success in college. AIU Atlanta ranks higher in most categories when compared to other similar universities and colleges in the southeast region:
