Dr. Judy Bullock,
University Program Dean for the School of Business

Dr. Bullock started teaching at AIU in 2004 at the online campus and currently serves as University Program Dean for AIU’s School of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a Leadership specialization, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Professional Accounting, a Master of Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Accountancy. She has also completed the Strategic Human Resource Management Executive Program at Harvard and the Director’s College at Stanford Law School.

Dr. Bullock has over 30 years of experience in public accounting, corporate finance and human resources, including serving as Director of Worldwide Executive Compensation and Benefits for Deere & Company, Chief Financial Officer for Sheffield Pharmaceuticals, and Vice President of Human Resources for AutoNation. She also served as Senior Manager for Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Young, as well as Executive Compensation Practice Leader for Towers Perrin.

She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, also holding the CGMA, CFE and ChFC professional designations. She is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Higher Education Advisory Committee Council, and holds the Society of Human Resource Management’s Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation. she held the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from 1995-2011. Dr. Bullock is Vice-Chair of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) Business & Industry Committee and Chair of the ACBSP Business Advisory Resource Kit Sub-Committee. She has authored chapters in Organizational Behavior and served as Editor for Business Mathematics.

Dr. Bullock presents at ACBSP Annual and International Conferences, the Sloan Consortium for Online Learning, and is published in University Business and the Leadership and Organization Development Journal.
