Dominic Aleandri (2008)
Originally from the Pittsburgh area Pennsylvania, US, I have a BA in Graphic Design from Seton Hill University in the US, and have earned a BA (Hons) and BA in Photography from AIU London.
What attracted me to AIU was a London located campus with a dual degree option.
Here I came to learn to rely on myself, which gave me the confidence to set goals and strive to achieve them. Also at AIU I have learned more about the real environment that I was going into, as the instructors work in their fields while teaching. My work experience with Rankin really taught me the most about the photography world, and how thick your skin has to be to survive. After my internship with them I got a job with them as a freelancer.
Today I am one of two Directors and the Head Photographer at Tree Frog Studio, a company with gathered expertise in 360 degrees, advertising, product and fashion photography. In my job I have the opportunity to work with clients such as Lulu Guinness, Channel's Production, Lancôme, London School of Contemporary Dance and many more.
