This Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree program features a specialization in Operations Management and is designed to provide a solid background in business fundamentals, followed by an exploration of the basic principles of operations management in modern organizations. Operations Management in modern organizations involves design, management and improvement of productive processes. Subjects include evaluation of the transformation processes involved in the creation of goods and services in today's modern business.
The goal of the BBA program with a specialization in Operations Management is to help students acquire a solid foundation in business fundamentals while giving them the opportunity to examine the elements of management and leadership as they apply to modern organizations.
In this curriculum, students can be challenged to understand the concepts of organizational change, role of managers and cultural differences found in today's management environment.
The AIU BBA with a specialization in Operations Management gives students the opportunity to examine the elements of management and leadership as they apply to modern organizations. In this industry-focused curriculum, students can learn how to:
- Assess decisions and employ methods for improving decision-making.
- Apply team building and leadership skills.
- Apply mathematical, statistical and research techniques to analyze contemporary business practices and functions.
- Apply the concepts and principles of finance and accounting to make effective decisions.

- Analyze the behavior of supply chain networks and drivers.
