Program Policies – Cancellation & Refund Policies
There are no refunds or reductions of tuition and housing fees due to cancellation, withdrawal, absence or dismissal within 30 days prior to the start date of the term.
All schedule changes, including dropping/adding classes must be done 3 days before the start of the term in order to qualify for a refund of tuition.
There are no tuition and/or housing refunds for dropping out of individual courses or the program after arrival at your study destination.
Cancellation Fees
If you are enrolled in the Paris programs, the following graduated cancellation fee scale will apply:
- 70 days or more prior to start of program: $250
- 50-69 days prior to start of program: $500
- 30-49 days prior to start of program: $750
- 8-29 days prior to start of program: $1,000
- 0-7 days prior to start of program: full program cost
