Prior Learning Credit

AIU recognizes that collegiate-level learning can take place outside of the college classroom and remain relevant to AIU degree programs. Our Prior Learning Assessment team is dedicated to helping you get the prior learning credit you deserve for past work and learning experiences. There are several types of prior learning that can be used to gain credit toward an AIU degree or certification program, all of which can be found detailed in the AIU Student Handbook.
