  • AIU's Bachelor of Business Administration degree program with a Specialization in Project Management is designed to help students develop a strong foundation in business fundamentals and using project management knowledge to facilitate scheduling, estimating, tracking and controlling the schedule and costs of the project.

    Students will learn how to apply the principles of finance and accounting to make effective decisions in real-world workplace situations. They will acquire communication, team building and leadership skills and be able to recognize and manage potential ethical and legal conflicts. Students will know how to perform risk assessments and create a project plan that includes cost, scheduling and risk assessment. They will be able to develop and apply Gantt Charts, CPM and PERT techniques to project management.
