You may qualify for an emergency relief grant estimated to be worth $2,500. Recently, the U.S. Government passed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act. The Education Stabilization Fund, included in the CARES Act legislation, provides emergency relief funds to on campus students for expenses related to the disruptions in campus operations due to the corona virus. Institutions are required to distribute the federal funds directly to campus students for financial assistance.

You may be eligible to receive a portion of these funds from the University. To determine eligibility, we must determine if you experienced a financial hardship for expenses related to your cost of attendance. Have you incurred eligible expenses and/or experienced hardship due to the disruption of your campus operations? This may include, among other things, the cost of a computer or other technology needs, food expenses, housing cost, dependent care, transportation and any course-related materials.

If you select YES, you are acknowledging that you will utilize these funds to cover these eligible unforeseen expenses.
