AIU is a military-supportive university proud to offer a military tuition rate3 for active duty military students that is up to 45% lower than our civilian rate and, for their spouses, a 10% tuition grant. We also offer an evaluation of military training for qualifying credit.4
AIU offers the Veterans Grant to military veterans who have not been dishonorably discharged and are not using the Chapter 33 Post 9/11 GI Bill® benefits.
AIU offers the Military Spouse Grant to spouses of active-duty and drilling service members not using Chapter 33 Post 9/11 GI Bill® benefits.
AIU is proud to have established educational corporate alliances with many companies where company employees, their spouses and eligible dependents can receive tuition grants.2

Bachelor programs may transfer in up to 30 courses.
AIU students may take a shorter, more cost-efficient path to graduation by transferring qualifying credit from courses previously completed at a recognized institution. AIU undergraduate students with prior college experience, who provided an official transcript, typically transfer-in about 37 quarter credits or approximately 8 courses.
