Scholarships and Grant Programs

One of the benefits of attending AIU Houston is that there are a number of institutional scholarships and grants that are available that may help ease the burden of paying for college. Our Financial Aid Advisors can help those who qualify apply for any of grant and scholarship opportunities that may be available at AIU.

New undergraduate students who are enrolled more than half-time each quarter in their first year and achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.5 may qualify for a one-time grant of up to $2,000.

AIU Scholarship Fund – Recognizing students with an inspiring motivation to earn a degree at AIU, if eligible, recipients may receive anywhere from $500 to $2,000.

Additional scholarships available for our students include the AIU International Scholarship, which offers up to $8,000 for international students, and the Alumni Referral Scholarship, rewarding $1,000 to new students who were referred by AIU alumni.
